LONGEVITY SHOULD MOVE
At 62, I’m not training simply to add years to my life. I’m training to preserve what aging tries to take first — speed, power, agility, coordination, and the ability to react.
This video is about putting those abilities to the test: sprinting, jumping, changing direction, landing, and adapting to unpredictable movement.
Longevity shouldn’t only be measured by how long you live. It should also be measured by how much of your movement you keep.
